"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Wow it's been a while since I've been in here now. And i can not promise that that is going to change. But I can at least put up my latest work when i got time. (Not today, because I'm going to a local concert now in about 10 minutes. I have given myself a promise that I'm going to take a picture at every opportunity i get!)
